TFDM Surface CDM Tech Talks

Tech Talks were a series of stakeholder informational sessions held earlier in the TFDM implementation process. The objective was to provide a broad understanding of individual aspects of the Surface Metering functionality. As additional stakeholders onboard to TFDM, the presentations provided during the Tech Talks remain useful today for understanding TFDM Surface Metering.
